But beyond that, you will be operating at the frontline and serving as the voice of the company, the one that takes our customers on a journey to financial freedom and by spreading the joy of online marketing; you will have a fulfilling time making other people happy!
• Resolve complex customer care issues through careful investigation and in keeping with existing policies and procedures.
• Communicate solutions to customer in a clear, concise, friendly and timely manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, social media and/or live chat daily.
• File records and documents of customer interactions according to relevant policies and regulations.
• Identify new marketing opportunities through customer feedback and contribute ideas to expand our global customer base.
• Collaborate with digital marketing team to identify new ways to improve our products and services for customers.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
• Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
• Proficiency in a second language (both oral and written) is preferred
• At least one year’s experience in customer service and/or marketing role.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Work full time in our office in Petaling Jaya.
